Super Uber Mega Newness Pose Release October 29, 2009

Hey guys! Sorry to clog ze blog again, but I’ve got a lot of newness to share. So much, that I am breaking it up into a few releases. So this week, there are 12 new poses, and two of which you can grab for free by joining the Olive Juice subscribe-o-matic group here, or here.

Like I said before, I’m loving all the pictures in the Olive Juice Poses Flickr Group so much, that it made me want to share them. Now, appropriately named, “Your Wall” can be seen at the Harold Olive Juice mainstore. Every month, I will ask 3 or 4 of you permission to showcase your pics from the Flickr group by hanging them in the store as art! Along with that, you will get a bunch of new free poses. I love what you guys are doing, it’s amazing. Thank you again Mijn Seoung, Jaja Lubitsch and Newreem Waffle for letting me show yours off at the store this month.

One more thing, the Carmina Mall is moving to the ground so my store location will change to here. The Carmina sim is amazing and if you haven’t explored already, you really are missing out. I’m going to do a blog post soon on it, once the move is complete, to show you guys the game on this sim and all the beautiful scenery. Jenn Heinrichs, of SL Things To Do, has done a phenomenal job of bringing beauty and entertainment together in this game. The new mall location is official on Monday, but my store is set up there now. Have fun!

New Olive Juice Mainstore in Harold October 22, 2009

Come visit me at my new Olive Juice mainstore in the Starlust, at Harold. If you aren’t part of the Starlust group in world, or my subscribe-o-matic group, you might want to join! There is a free pack of poses in honor of the opening waiting for you.

The Feeling of Fall at Olive Juice October 16, 2009

There is newness-o-plenty at Olive Juice! I released my fall inspired poses, some of which were seen in the Butterdish blog post this week. Also, a whole lot of new-ish poses from the PosePack for Fleshes set from Zombiefest. I re-released them all individually. Plus a random one in the center that is good for closeups. Only 25L a pop, and plenty of freebies to grab while you’re there. Love you guys! <3

Butterdish Goodness October 15, 2009

I’m pretty ass-terrible at finding new places on the grid. I rely heavily on my fellow dorkette, Paulina Oceanlane, to be my guide and also squee like a schoolgirl when Naxos Loon throws me an LM. I always know it’s going to be good, and the monkey delivered again! So I apologize if you guys already know all about Butterdish, but I couldn’t help but share!

Butterdish reminds me a lot of AM Radio’s nostalgic feel he gives his installments. You TP in, and you are on a road in the middle of BFE Midwest America circa 1923. It’s tornado season, and there is a mother of one circling the land. But there is a calmness and serenity to this storm’s surroundings. It’s peaceful, even with cows and fence posts flying through the air. There is a surreal beauty in Butterdish that makes you hold your breath. Light beams over the lush green pastures where cows are grazing and rain is falling. A lone tractor is abandoned in a wheat field, and a farmhouse sits vacant next to a quaint little pond. It all paints a lovely scene that makes you feel like you’re inside a painting.
